I am absolutely in LOVE with Marc Jacobs Decadence, which I’ve been wearing non-stop since its debut, but I’ve been so busy that I haven’t made time to post about the newest fragrance from Marc Jacobs Beauty until tonight. The first time I tested the scent, I was hooked BUT…I waited. Trying on fragrances without letting them “sit” on my skin for the rest of the day has bitten me in the behind (and wallet) many times before, so as much as I wanted to sprint to the counter with my credit card in hand, I waited. Have you ever smelled a fragrance so good that you think about it days later? When that happens to me (it seldom does), I know I’m onto something good.
I have to admit, the clever packaging of the bottle (it comes with a dark green python print top that has a chain and a tassel which allows you to carry it like a purse) caught my attention almost as much as the lush, sexy, scent that is pretty much bewitching. I mean, who doesn’t love the idea of a miniature Jacobs bag? But packaging aside, and in all seriousness, this fragrance just smells damn good. It is enticing. It is alluring, and if it works with your body chemistry, it will be worth every penny.
Until next time,
Tiffany
